MESALMILE, also known as 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA), works by reducing inflammation in the lining of the colon and rectum. MESALMILE helps to control symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, rectal bleeding, and urgency.
MESALMILE is available in strength of 400, 500 and 800mg.
